Try these steps if you are having problems connecting to Wi-Fi or browsing the Internet. Try each step below, and then test to see if it solves your issue before attempting the next step.
Tap on the Settings app (the gear icon)
Tap on Wi-Fi
Toggle the Wi-Fi button off (it should turn from green to white)
Wait about 15 seconds
Toggle the Wi-Fi button on (it should turn from white to green)
Tap on the Settings App (the gear icon)
Tap on Safari
Tap on Clear History and Website Data
Tap on Settings (the gear icon)
Tap on General
Tap on Reset
Tap on Reset Network Settings
Tap on Settings (the gear icon)
Tap on Wi-Fi
Tap on the name of the Wi-Fi network you are connected to (701hotspot if it is a school-issued hotspot)
If the toggle for Low Data Mode is green, tap it so that it turns gray.
