Device Policy Alert:

This means that you need to set a passcode on the device. Follow these instructions or view the process as a video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AAQ4uj4Rva4

  1. Tap on the Settings App (the gear icon)

  2. Tap on General

  3. Tap Touch ID & Passcode

  4. Tap on Turn Passcode On

  5. Enter a passcode (if you want a 4-digit passcode, tap on Passcode Options)

Safari Browser Notice

This means that you need to toggle off the "Prevent Cross-Site Tracking" setting:

  1. Open Settings.

  2. Tap on Safari.

  3. Tap on Prevent Cross-Site Tracking.

  4. Toggle it off so the button is gray.

  5. Refresh the page in Safari. The error may reappear, but you can dismiss it by tapping on the x in the upper right corner. The site will work.
